All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM IST] on a business day, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your orders reach you safely. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Shipping:
Within Madhya Pradesh: 3-5 business days
Rest of India: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping (if available and selected):
Within Madhya Pradesh: 1-3 business days
Rest of India: 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, courier issues, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions, natural disasters).

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
The total weight and dimensions of your order.
Your delivery location.
The chosen shipping method (Standard or Express, if applicable).
Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a certain value. Any such promotions will be clearly advertised on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing the order.
Nifaas.com is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
6. Damages During Shipping
We take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at mdaamir.ght@gmail.com.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. This will help us to assess the damage and file a claim with the courier.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund, after verification of the damage.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office.
If you still cannot locate your package after 3 business days of the “delivered” status, please contact us at mdaamir.ght@gmail.com.
We will initiate an investigation with the courier company. Please note that investigations can take several business days to complete. We appreciate your patience during this process.
We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue; however, Nifaas.com is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Nifaas.com ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping services.
